Stating that the Cabinet had decided that in future all Ministers leaving office should return all Cabinet Minutes and Papers and that the Secretary had been directed to recover all such documents accordingly. Ministers who had held office since 1919 were invited to return all of their return their Cabinet Papers to the cabinet Office. Asking him to cooperate in this decision by returning all of his official papers, on the understanding that he would have the fullest right of access to them [printed].
